  • Advertising data: We use Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn tracking pixels on our website. These pixels collect data about your visit to support ad targeting and performance measurement on those platforms.   • Service providers who help us operate our platform, including Stripe (payments), Google (analytics), Meta and LinkedIn (advertising pixels), and our email and community platforms. These providers are contractually restricted from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to us.

  • Event volunteers and chapter hosts who assist in coordinating O3P dinners and events in your area, solely for the purpose of event logistics.

  • Legal authorities if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal process.

 

6. Data Retention

 

We retain your personal information for as long as your membership is active or as needed to provide services. If you cancel your membership, we may retain certain information for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
